KatHosting maintains automated weekly Web backups to protect your website data. In case of accidental deletion or technical issues, your files can be restored efficiently.

2.5 Prohibited Activities

• Illegal content or activities
• Abuse , Spam, phishing
• DDoS attacks or crypto mining
• Copyright violations

3. Reseller Hosting Terms

3.1 Account Responsibility

Resellers are fully responsible for their clients, hosted content, and billing management.

4. Billing & Payments

• All services are prepaid.
• Invoices must be paid before due date.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

6. Suspension

darkhost.in reserves the right to suspend services for violations without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

darkhost.in shall not be liable for indirect damages, business loss, data loss, or downtime-related losses.
